Despite its name, this classic cocktail contains no actual tea, but looks like an iced tea in a tall glass. Boasting hints of citrus, sweetness, and a subtle fizz, this lovely creation is perfect for celebrating Happy Hour at home.

Tinkerbell was created for my daughter, made with my own Gin “The Ren” & Limoncello.

It is beautiful and delicious and requires just four ingredients. If you’ve never tried limoncello use this recipe as an excuse to add it to your liquor cabinet! With a citrus flavour and a rich yellow colour, this ingredient is a bit sweet, zesty & fresh . Best of all, it colours this drink a brilliant yellow hue. You can use more or less of it in the recipe to suit your taste.

This cocktail includes “The Ren” gin, limoncello liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice & White Chocolate Vanilla Syrup.

The chocolate vanilla notes remind me of a lemon meringue pie but tart, citrusy tang of the lemon juice are in perfect harmony with the gin and the sweet notes of the syrup.

I recommend adding egg whites to create a foamy top layer that elevates its presentation.
