The standards are consistent throughout each course, as demonstrated by a dessert of S’Mores Taco – read marshmallow ice cream, Italian meringue, chocolate namelaka, smoked chocolate sauce, cocoa biscuits, crispy balls, homemade marshmallows and burnt butter ice cream.
